From information on how to locate properties, rental rate guidelines and packing suggestions, we’ve tried to cover the primary aspects of how to plan your trip to make it as enjoyable as possible.​

General Information (what to bring)​​

• ​​Personal bath and beach towels.

• Condiments, spices, paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, aluminum foil/baggies, bath soap.

 

Policy Information (check in/out, general policy info)​

• ​​​​For summer rentals, check-in time is 3:00 P.M. on arrival day.

• For summer rentals, check-out time is 9:00 A.M. on departure day. 

• Weekly summer rentals are structured for either a Friday to Friday check in and out rotation or a Saturday to Saturday rotation.

• A signed rental agreement, reservation deposit, and refundable security deposit is required to reserve a property.

- 5.5% sales tax is applied to all rentals.

- No credit cards.
- Seven night weekly rentals only during summer months.
- Summer rental period begins first week of June. Non-Summer rental season begins after Labor Day.
